    • The Academic Building is a $7M project with 19 classrooms and 19 faculty offices. The general classrooms are designed for state-of-the-art content delivery with built-in flexibility to accommodate traditional lectures or interactive group learning. The classrooms are also designed to double as break-out rooms for conferences held in the adjacent Event Center.

The project also provides “sticky spaces” for student use, casual lounges off of the main corridor with WiFi and outlets to recharge personal electronic devices. More formal student spaces include mediated study rooms to support group project work spaces. Completion is anticipated in time for the Spring 2011 semester.
