Qualifications Overview

  • A strong commitment to design excellence.

  • Work in tandem with project teams while guiding the interior architectural design direction and client engagement.

  • Design and coordinate detailed design concepts, assist with design and technical coordination among disciplines, and respond to technical implications of design decisions.

  • Facilitate program development with project team and client.

  • Responsible for project design budget, cost control, and schedule.

  • Guide the preparation of design presentations, assuming lead in client and owner presentations.

  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, and vendor assignments, including integration of engineering systems in overall project design.

  • Direct, organize, mentor and inspire junior staff with responsibility for oversight.

  • Passion for the seamless design relationship between all disciplines of the project.
