Architekton is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position will work closely with the Business Development Manager, Principals and Team Leaders to develop, coordinate and support the proposal and interview process. This position also assists with content management of our web site and marketing resources.
Research, read, review and determine RFQ opportunities.
Assist in developing the strategy, marketing initiatives and plans.
Collaborate with studio designers to create written and graphical proposal content.
Collaborate with studio designers to create interview presentations and materials.
Maintain consultant relationships through regular contact and vetting for projects.
Assist with ongoing employee resume maintenance and project data sheets for marketing resources.
Obtain, create posts and manage social media (Facebook, Instagram).
Manage website content and project-related relevancy.
Attend industry events, seminars and pre-submittals.
Maintain project photography , organization and catalog.
Coordinate and complete small graphic projects for the office (i.e.: signage, cards, stationary, tradeshow materials, business cards, display boards and project experience brochures for business development).
Assist in organizing and attending project-related events (i.e.: groundbreakings, grand openings, project tours)
Maintain awards calendars and assist with preparation of award submittals.
Conduct, communicate and track marketing efforts and potential leads to the office.
Detail-oriented and high-level ability and regard for organization.
Strong commitment to design excellence.
Strong graphic design capabilities.
Strong working knowledge and experience with InDesign and other Adobe software.
Demonstrated excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
Team collaborator who works well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
