Maricopa County to Seek Proposals on $19M Justice Center Project
Bids for a GC are expected to be sought at the end of summer for the $19.2M Maricopa County Southwest Justice Center, which is in the design development stage for 105th Avenue and Van Buren in Avondale. The architect is Architekton, the landscape architect is Moore/Swick Partnership and the civil engineer is Dibble Engineering.
Phoenix Country Day School unveils new pool complex
Phoenix Country Day School recently unveiled its $8.8 million aquatic center, which includes two heated pools and shaded seating. The complex, funded by donations, replaces an older facility, which has been covered. "We've had that for 40 years. It's a great facility but it was showing its age," said Patrick McHonett, director of admissions and marketing at the Paradise Valley private school.
