This confidential technology company renovation project focused on the downsize of their current space while providing an elevated experience for their customers and employees.  Located at 60 E Rio Salado Parkway, this office renovation created a transformative space influenced by residential and hospitality design using the latest trends in office culture. The vision for this 5,500 SF project was to capture the surrounding environment of the Tempe Buttes and Tempe Town Lake as inspiration for rich textures and vibrant natural colors. The employee area was remodeled to include conference rooms, lounge areas, open work areas, flex offices, team collaboration areas, phone rooms and focus rooms. The space is meant to invite and promote interaction and flexibility in the workplace while enhancing collaboration between team members. The customer area includes conference rooms and an inviting lobby area with a “wow” factor that immerses the customer in the environment. Both spaces were designed to create a workplace experience that inspires, motivates and empowers while providing a dynamic environment that reduces operational costs through efficiency.
