The 22,000sf El Mirage City Hall was designed to project the city’s welcoming and professional image to all who visit it. Sited in an area of the city designated for intensified growth, the building “demonstrates by example” the character and quality of construction expected. The new complex replaces the old “storefront” City Hall with state of the art municipal offices and chambers while providing a new public gathering plaza anchored by a Veterans’ Memorial. The project was the third component of a new pedestrian oriented municipal center.
