City of Maricopa | Police Substation at Copper Sky Regional Park

This police sub-station consists of a communications center, evidence/property processing and a dual purpose community room. A community action team room was designed to allow officers to set up when large events take place at the adjacent park. The facility was also designed to accommodate future planned phasing which will consist of temporary holding, lockers, briefing/training room, patrol and K-9 offices. As part of a larger regional park, the hardened facility was designed to be open and inviting to the community. The substation compliments the architecture of the multi-gen facility to the south, to create a unified aesthetic that the City of Maricopa takes pride in.
